During your first visit, Dr. Justin will sit down with you and go over any and all questions you may have regarding your health and help you understand how Chiropractic relates to your well being.  Afterwards, we will analyze your spine and, if nothing seems to indicate the contrary, you will receive your first adjustment.

The chiropractic adjustment is a very fast, yet gentle, safe, and specific impulse applied into a subluxated vertebra in order to guide it back into its proper position, and to free the nerve system for one main reason-Performance. The more optimally a person’s spine and nerve system are functioning, the better they can perform in every area of life, regardless of where they are before getting adjusted. Since the nerve system is the master system of the body that controls all cells, organs, and tissues, it is of paramount importance to allow the body’s internal dialogue to be as optimal as possible through a properly aligned spine and therefore, properly functioning nerve system. It can be applied with the hands or with the assistance of an instrument. Also, after receiving your first adjustment, a personalized plan will be suggested for you, following your specific needs.
